The Journey

If you are willing to create and live a life you love, come and join me on journey to your inner Self. A journey that will connect you with your true Self, a place of serenity and silence, of contentment and creativity, of power and peace.
The journey will start with a visit to Kaivalyadhama, a Yoga and Scientific Research Institute established 100 years ago with a purpose of merging Yoga tradition and Science. Located in the serene and spectacular Sahyadri Mountain Ranges of Lonavla, in Western India, you will experience the tranquility and beauty of nature.
During the 7-days at Kaivalyadhama, we will immerse ourselves in the Yoga practices, Ayurveda and Naturopathy treatments. We will nourish ourselves with special Ayurvedic, Holistic and Vegeterian diet essential to initiate the transformative process.
The next 4 days will be on the beaches of Morjim, Goa where will take our learnings from the Ashram and integrate them in our daily lives. We will stay at De Soul Santé, Morjim, a beachfront boutique resort offering a seamless blend of well-being, and leisure. We will learn to balance both worlds, that of inner tranquillity and external excitement.
By the end of the retreat, not only will you have experienced a real inner transformation but have also gained the knowledge and skills to carry it back to your everyday life. We would have enough insight and skill to not let the external variables sway the constant within.
The Yoga immersion begins after a personal medical consultation by an Ayurvedic doctor who gauge your physical and emotional condition and suggest the correct modalities.

Yoga
We help you make Yoga a 'Way of Life'
An established Yoga Asana practice done with awareness and dedication further combined with Meditation is a compete package which impacts every aspect of life. At the mental level it improves attention, speed of response and enhances concentration. The brain and memory functions are improved decreasing the likelihood of dementia.
A wholistic Yoga practice creates awareness about our diet. It boosts metabolism, which enables one to maintain a healthy weight in a sustainable way. An established Yoga routine improves the function of the digestive system, stimulates movement, and contributes to fat burning, for lean muscles. By managing a healthy weight, various health problems and issues of obesity can be effectively addressed.
A wholistic Yoga practice will empower you to manage your emotions in a responsive manner. It will help you to get out of the reactionary mental habit. Your body has a unique responsive mechanism which is triggered through the practice. As emotions are handled in a better manner, your mood is enhanced and levels of stress and anxiety are reduced. Yoga is known to have natural antidepressant effects. Incorporating the right yoga practices in your daily life can help decrease the production of cortisol, a stress hormone that is linked with depression.
Lack of sleep or poor quality of sleep is linked to various psychophysiological disorders including hypertension and high blood pressure. Busy schedules, multitasking, excessive behaviour etc. can disrupt sleep patterns. Yoga directly goes to the root of the problem which helps to improve sleep quality and enhance rest.
Yoga increases flexibility, balance, and supports healthy breathing for lung and heart wellness. It also benefits mental health by promoting healthier eating habits and reducing eating disorders.
